How to read your score
This is not a pass/fail test. It is a mirror. High maturity means you have systems that reduce review time and errors. Low maturity in one section usually explains why AI feels slower than doing the work yourself.
Setup & context: Without a profile and project folder, every session starts cold. Fix this before anything else.
Prompt discipline: Templates, iteration, and decomposition separate power users from people who fight the model.
Quality control: AI can sound right while being wrong. Verification habits are the difference between leverage and liability.
Measurement: If you track word count, you optimize the wrong thing. Track edits to send and repeat prompt reuse.
Boundaries: Know what you delegate (drafts, structure) and what you own (commitments, numbers, judgment).
